I build technology inside other people's businesses, and I make it work in production.
Most recently I co-founded Operio, where I was the sole engineer designing and deploying custom AI agents and automations for clients in real estate, hospitality and legal. That meant sitting with each client to understand how their operations actually run, then shipping production systems into their existing tools. Along the way I built multi-model LLM routing, multi-agent workflows with approval gates, and architectures that met Canadian data-residency rules for regulated clients.

Before that, I led a legacy-to-GCP migration for an online sportsbook and casino platform, spent over a decade as CTO of a media network reaching 140 markets, and integrated payment checkouts for merchants across dozens of e-commerce platforms. My career started in hands-on consulting: full-stack development, Unix systems, networks and security.
What ties it together is that I sit between the customer and the code. I can scope an ambiguous problem with executives in the morning and debug the integration that afternoon. I believe complex systems should be demystified, for the people who use them as much as for the people who build them.
